Patrick LeBeau, President/Sales: Pat was born and raised in the printing business. He joined his father Patrick Sr. in the family business full time in January 1978 after his hockey career didn't pan out. His dad told him that it was time to "get working" and he has never looked back. Pat has worked in print production, sales and management at Cardinal for the past thirty years. Pat enjoys golf, hockey and quick paying customers. One of his strongest suits is client hand-holding and babysitting print jobs. He is terrible at typing emails or anything that requires him to sit still for more than 10 minutes. Pat has a BS in Marketing from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA and Graduate Studies at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.

Mike LeBeau, Vice President/Sales: Mike joined Cardinal in 1981. He began working in the production / customer service department and after a year hit the bricks to become a salesman. Mike credits his success in sales to his time spent as a customer service representative. As a CSR, he gained industry knowledge and excellent communication skills. By offering great advice and solutions to his clients, Mike became a top producer at Cardinal and has remained so for over two decades.

Sean Slocum, Senior Account Manager: Sean graduated from Marquette University in 1989. After several media sales jobs, he began his career at Cardinal Colorprint in May, 1993. His initial plan was not to sell commercial printing, but after several years of studying the business and paying his dues, he now understands what print sales is all about. Sean figures that success is measured on how you treat your customers (as you would like to be treated), keeping a sense of humor and backing your customers' deadlines with quality and value. "There is not a better company to work for than Cardinal Colorprint". Sean has a passion for his family, golf and college basketball.

Joe Alongi, Sales Representative: Joe started his journey into the printing industry 27 years ago selling screen printing. After taking a variety of courses at the Printing Industry of Illinois (PII), Joe’s plans were to move into Litho. In 1988, he asked one of his customers – Cardinal Colorprint – to give him a chance at selling offset. The rest is history. Customer service and patience are Joe’s attributes and if he doesn’t have a solution to a customer’s needs, he will find one. When not out knocking on doors, you can find Joe playing music on the weekends with his oldest son.

Brian LeBeau, Sales Representative: Brian began working for Cardinal in 2006 and is finishing his first year as part of the sales team. After earning his BA in Media from St. Norbert College in Wisconsin, Brian, like his father before him, realized his hockey career was going nowhere. He followed his father and uncles into the family business as the 3rd generation of LeBeau’s at Cardinal. Brian is willing to go to any lengths to satisfy the customer.

Mariella Navarro, Office Manager: Mariella began working at Cardinal in 1989 and quickly became Cardinal’s multi-tasking dynamo. Mariella wears many hats at Cardinal. Her responsibilities include human resources, accounts receivable, collections and customer service and she can often be found assisting the production team. Mariella’s knowledge of the business, combined with her ability to organize chaos, makes her a valuable member of the Cardinal family. Mariella is a huge Cubs fan and spends her “free” time keeping tabs on her college-age daughters and driving her son to his sporting events.

Brian Szubinski, Production Coordinator: Brian has worked production and estimating since winter of 2007. He moved to Illinois from Michigan after graduating from Ferris State University with a bachelor’s degree in Print Management. Brian is the “green” expert at Cardinal and can help reduce your printed piece’s impact on the environment.
Theresa Zielinski, Production Coordinator: Theresa started as an intern with Cardinal Colorprint. After studying in Beijing for the summer, and then graduating from Illinois State with a degree in Industry Technology, she returned to work in Production and Estimating. She has over 11 years experience in printing and over 4 years of experience in mailing and fulfillment. She walked into Cardinal Colorprint (Bears territory) as a Green Bay Packer fan and to this day can still say she is a Packer fan even when her office get trashed by her co-workers with Bears paraphernalia.
