New Mail List Ownership RegulationsEffective Nov. 23, 2008: All National Change of Address (NCOA) lists will require a Processing Acknowlegement Form (PAF) to be completed by each list owner before we can process any lists for mailing. This form will be required for all mail. We ask that all our clients who use our mailing services fill out the LIST OWNER section of the form and fax it back to our attention at: (773) 267-6482. We will then use this form when we process your list. Note: this form only needs to be completed once a year. You can download a .pdf of the Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF) by clicking the link in the PAF Form section below. You can access your NAICS classification code by launching this website: http://www.naics.com/search.htm
Note: if you do not have a "USPS Mailer ID" simply leave the line blank. Thank you for your cooperation.
